What is your return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy, and you can begin the return process here. You’ll be able to print a return shipping label and send your products back to us, and when we receive them we’ll process the return and issue a refund.
How do I make an exchange?
We are happy to facilitate an exchange within 30 days, and you can begin the exchange process here. You’ll be able to print a return shipping label and send your products back to us, and when we receive them we’ll process the exchange and get your new products sent out to you. To ensure a quick turnaround for your new products, please include a note with your order letting us know what you’d like to exchange for, or send an email to howdy@sockreligious.com.
Do you offer discounts if I buy X many socks?

Is it too late to add to or change my order?
Our team works hard to send out orders very quickly, so we cannot guarantee that we will catch your order before it leaves the warehouse, but it doesn’t hurt to try! Send an email to howdy@sockreligious.com and we’ll let you know if we can help. We also offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days!

I am looking for a product I know you had, but I can’t find it.
We rotate some products seasonally and discontinue products to make room for new designs. We do some limited run items, and occasionally we do custom work on contract for partners and do not sell all of these products on our website.

We currently only ship to the US. However we do have some resellers in other countries:

How do I check the status of my order?
Log in or create an account to see your order details and tracking information. You can also update subscriptions here, too!
How much is shipping?
We offer a variety of shipping options: First Class Mail and Priority Mail, through USPS, as well as UPS. The cost of shipping varies along with the estimated shipping times. You’ll be able to see estimates specific to your order during checkout.
What shipping partners do you use?
We partner with USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service) to provide shipping services.
How fast can you get me my products?
It depends on which shipping method you choose! If you are hoping to get your order quickly, we recommend selecting UPS. If you are not in a rush to receive your order, First Class Mail is a great option! You will be able to see estimated shipping times when you are selecting shipping at checkout; please allow an additional 1-3 business days for our team to process and package your order.
Tracking information shows my package was delivered, but it hasn't arrived. What do I do?
We hate when this happens. It doesn't happen often, but every once in a while there is a mix up at the post office. Sometimes, the package is lost, other times it was delivered to the wrong address. More often than not, it gets sorted out in a few days when the package is returned. Here are some steps to take in the meantime:
1. Verify that your shipping address is correct by logging into your account.
2. Look for notices of attempt to deliver.
3. Check to see if the package was left in another place on the property.
Either way, we will make sure you get your socks. If you're able to, please wait 36 hours. If you need them promptly, we can send a new order as soon as possible. Just send us an email at howdy@sockreligious.com.
I live close to Indianapolis, do you offer a local pickup option?
We do not have a storefront or offer local pickup - check with your local Catholic gift shop to see if they carry our products in store!
Sock FAQ
Where are your socks made?
Our socks are made right here in our warehouse in Indianapolis, Indiana! In spring 2021, we purchased knitting machines, hired a knitting expert, and are in the process of transitioning to making our socks in the US. Our new designs are knit domestically. As we sell out our remaining stock of socks that were manufactured responsibly in China, we are transitioning to knitting all of our designs in the US.

Can you make them in different sizes?
We have so many plans for the future as we grow and expand, and this is one of them! For now, we are focusing on expanding our line of designs before we expand to more sizes. For now just the Adult One Size and Kids Size!
Will you be coming out with St. ___________ ? / Suggestion Box
We hope to have many saints, and we release one new design each month! Be sure that you've signed up for our newsletter at the bottom of our homepage so you'll know when they are available. We love getting sock suggestions, so please feel free to submit yours here! The best way to stay up-to-date with new products is to subscribe to our newsletter!
Do you do custom designs?
We do offer custom designs on a limited basis that are accepted at our discretion. Please fill out this form with some details on your project and we will follow up within a few days!
What is going on with the colors of the socks changing?
Our socks have been made by different manufacturing partners at different times. In 2021, we moved to producing all our own socks ourselves. Additionally, yarn supplies vary year to year and sometimes we have to substitute a different color or size of yarn which may alter the socks slightly.
Shirt FAQ
Where are your shirts made?
Our shirts are also made and printed here in the US! Some components of our Bella Canvas shirts are assembled in other countries, but part or all of the process is made in the US. Here are more details on that. However, we print the shirts on demand here in our warehouse!
What is this box/white stuff on my shirt?
As a standard part of the direct to garment printing process, we treat a portion of the shirt with a pretreat solution to ensure a crisp and durable image. This solution is water soluble and can sometimes be visible when dry. It will wash out completely in one to two washes. We recommend washing your new shirt before the first wear.
Do you make hoodies, V-necks, or other kinds of shirts?
At this time we can only offer crewneck T-shirts in order to maximize color and size options. We are always looking for new, innovative products to help start conversations through joyful products, so please feel free to reach out with suggestions! The best way to stay up-to-date with new products is to subscribe to our newsletter!
