Sock Religious started as a fun side project selling Catholic Socks and has turned into a rapidly growing small business in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our primary business is still in the world of Catholic socks, though we have grown to encompass several products such as shirts and face coverings. We like to say that we start conversations through joyful products. We have also expanded into some services to support the catholic community and Catholic businesses. Director of Operations
The Director of Operations is a member of the core leadership team for Sock Religious, helping to plan, guide, and grow the company. He/she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business. This would include managing teams and being accountable for sock production, shirt and sticker printing, inventory management, fulfillment, and customer service.

Employee Duties & Responsibilities
Pulls the socks over heated metal forms to dry finish them
Folds and stacks the boarded socks
Checks for quality to meet standards
Tag socks with appropriate tags
