Oktoberfest, the world's largest beer festival, originated in Munich, Germany, in 1810 to celebrate the royal wedding of Crown Prince Ludwig and Princess Therese of Saxony-Hildburghausen. It has since evolved into an annual celebration of Bavarian culture and beer. Our Socktoberfest sock is a tribute to tradition and craftsmanship, drawing inspiration from the rich history of Franciscan monks who meticulously brewed the iconic Oktoberfest beer in 16th-century Bavaria. The pattern adorning the sock features our beloved Franciscan monks, traditional German beer steins (long symbols of German beer culture), and pretzels, a quintessential Oktoberfest snack. The blue and white color scheme evokes the traditional colors of the festival, representing the Bavarian skies and clouds. Socks are so comfortable and if your like me you hate wearing shoes so why not evangelize with your feet!!
